Installation Manual for Updates + Patches
1) Download the update to your server.
2) Unpack the .tar.gz file (command: tar xvfz update_xxxxxx.tar.gz)
3) The package contains a file readme.txt which has further instructions for the update.
Please note:
If you have edited templates, index- and/or error-pages manually, please
make a backup of them before the update. All templates (including the templates
for the index- and error-pages) will be overwritten during the update.
Update from 1.2.x to 1.3.x
Please download the new full version of the 42go ISP-Manager to your server and proceed
as if it was a new installation, not an update. The installation routine
will notice that there is already a 42goISP system on the server and will
execute the necessary steps for the upgrade. Please read the new installation
manual before the update! Only use this update method for updates from versions 1.2.x!
